Note:	All sites have a level gravel pad, a picnic table and a firepit with grill. All sites have 15 and 30 amp power.
	Rates listed include 5% Goods and Services Tax
	Reservations accepted (recommended on holiday weekends). Please make your reservations early to ensure availability. If you want to reserve a site please have a Mastercard or Visa Credit card handy. We will take the credit card number to reserve the site. We apply NO charges on the card until you arrive We reserve the right to apply charges to your card if you don't show up or if you cancel WITHOUT providing three (3) days notice.

Payment can be made with CASH, VISA, MasterCard or debit at check in.

Rates listed above INCLUDE 5% G.S.T.

Minimum three night reservation on all holiday weekends (May through September).

Cancellation policy: 72 hours notice required.
We reserve the right to apply a $25 charge per reserved campsite
if proper notification is not provided.

Refunds: no refunds after check in.

All weekly and monthly rates must be paid in advance.

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. If you need to arrive early please call us earlier in the day, we can usually accommodate it if the site is unoccupied.
Check-out time: 2:00 p.m. If you require a late check out please notify us, we can usually accommodate those requests.

Quiet Time: 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Maximum one (1) unit and one (1) vehicle per site. If you have more than one vehicle we may ask you to park second vehicle in our parking lot at the front of the campground if second vehicle cannot easily fit into site and off of our main roadways.

All rates are based on maximum four (4) people per site. Over four people per site additional charges will apply and are as follows:

Additional students
(5 to 18 years of age):
$5.00 per day

Additional adults
(over 18 years of age):
$5.00 per day

Under 5 years of age - no additional charges apply

We allow pets at no extra charge - must be leashed, and owners must clean up after your pets. See rules below.

Ask us about our rental RV. We have a 19 foot RV on a site you can rent daily or weekly. All included price is $50.00 per night.

Information regarding Seasonal Rates and Sites:

We are currently sold out of seasonal sites for the 2012 season, we can add your name to the waiting list for the 2013 season should a vacancy be available.

Seasonal rates include camping for a single family (which includes two adults and their children under the age of eighteen, still living at home) from May 1 to October 15, and includes RV winter storage to May 01 the following year. Rates include space for one recreational vehicle unit. Picnic table and fire-pit are supplied by Freeman River RV Park. Seasonal renters are allowed to place a small storage shed and an open deck on their campsite. Placement of RV unit, storage shed and deck must in no way compromise the original condition of the site. Seasonal rates do not include living on sites. Please note that of our 47 campsites, a maximum of 15 are available seasonally.

Anyone interested in joining Freeman River RV Park as a "Seasonal" is invited to contact us with any questions you may have or to visit us, view our facilities and make your inquiries in person.

New "Seasonals" pay a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to secure a site. the balance of the seasonal fee is due by May 1, the beginning of the camping season.

For existing "Seasonals", a deposit of $200.00 is due by October 15 to renew their site for the following camping season. This deposit is applied to the next season site rental but is non-refundable if the "Seasonal" decides not to return. The balance of the seasonal fee is due by May Long Weekend.

PARK RULES:

Please respect your neighbours' right to a quiet and safe visit to the RV Park. Freeman River RV Park is a family-friendly campground with zero tolerance for unruly campers or careless driving.

The following important Campground Rules must be respected:

Please DRIVE SLOWLY (10 km) at all times - watch for young children.

Absolutely no loud music will be permitted at any time.

From 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. is Quiet Time: please turn off all music, lower your voices, and refrain from splitting firewood.

At the playground: Parents are responsible for supervising their children. No dogs allowed in children's park at all times Please.

Please put all garbage in the containers provided. the firepits are not meant for trash. We recycle - please place containers in the appropriate garbage bins.

Pets must be quiet, leashed and owners must clean up after them. Please be careful to clean up after your pets both on your site and during walks around the campground.

Please do not leave your pets on your site unattended; they often howl or bark until you return.
